By availing of their diverse and flexible business models, they needed a website catering to the diversity of their customers attending to all their needs, ideating an ideal customer experience that would gain both satisfaction and easy useability.
The strategy
Our Project for ELM focused on curating discovery, consolidating information into user flows curation throughout and designing a browse and search experience that made it easy to find and discover relevant information. Fundamental Content, Creativity, Art direction, UX, GUI, Development, CGI and Photography were part of the work scope as well, The intranet project for ELM included content, UI/UX, development and deployment.
User Centered Design (UCD) guidelines were considered to place attention on the employees needs, desires and context.
ELMs website is achieving its goals and meeting all modern day tech standards with great usability and results.
